Our reference point is the Scottish Housing for Varying Needs which is similar to Lifetme Homes in its approach. In village schemes like Maidens we always aim to better basic HVN or Lifetime Homes with downstairs bedrooms and spacious shower rooms. Our project managers Derek and Rose will be pleased to provide more details.

Were the houses at Maidens designed and built to all 16 Lifetime Home design criteria?
