Keanu

January 13, 2009 | 1 comment

Sadly, we have to announce the death of our much loved colleague Keanu. Keanu joined Ayrshire Housing in 2005 as our pet access advisor. He was instrumental in establishing our highly successful annual pet competition.

Keanu passed away in his favourite bolt hole under his stairs last night. Until last week, he had enjoyed perfect health over his 18 or so years.

From his pelt, markings and atitude, he was definitely 99% Scottish wild cat and 1% house cat. He was a friend to every school wean and enemy to any seagull or dog that sought to steal his favourite Chinese spare ribs!

A regular blogger, he was also an occasional contributor to the UK press.

Our condolences to George, Snapper and Sweetpea.
