We aim for high standards of maintenance and repair for all our properties. Procedures are in place to ensure that repairs are carried out to a high standard and within set timescales.
Most of the repairs that will be needed in your home will be our responsibility, although there are a few that you are expected to carry out yourself. Please refer to the Tenant’s Handbook for full details.
