Ayrshire Housing has a directly employed staff of 20 relaxed but hard working and committed individuals. We are based in a bright, modern office close to the centre of Ayr, which is fully wheelchair accessible.
Ayrshire Housing is committed to equal opportunities and to the professional development of its employees. Each year we go on a field trip to see the work of our counterparts elsewhere. These have taken us so far as to the islands of Arran and Bute, and the Scottish Parliament.

Our partner, Ayrshire Initiatives Ltd is a locally based social enterprise which develops and delivers services and projects which benefit individuals and communities across Ayrshire. Currently, 15 people work on its housing support and wider action projects either in the field or from its wheelchair accessible office close to Ayr.
