Every three years, we commission an independent survey of our tenants’ views. We are pleased that the latest one shows continued high levels of satisfaction. Most tenants value us as their landlord.

We are looking at the results in detail with our tenant groups so that we can improve further our services. We are focusing in particular on the repairs service – the key contact point with our tenants.
