Coronavirus service update

We have tried our best to minimise inconvenience to our tenants and applicants during these strange times. Our office is still closed to visitors with most of our staff working successfully from their homes. We hope though over the next few weeks to announce our reopening plans. We are looking forward to seeing you all again!

In the meantime, you can contact us by phone, email or through My Home as usual.  You can also phone or email your housing and maintenance officers direct.

We have put in place procedures to maintain as many services as possible having full regard for everyone’s health. Our repairs service is returning to more normal levels of service although their is a backlog to clear as well as material shortages. See our repairs page for updates.

We are aware that the pandemic may be affecting  your livelihood and general wellbeing. If you have concerns about your finances or other matters please call or email us and we will do our best to advise and support you. You can see how we may help here.
