Asset & Project Officer

EVH Grade 7 (PA22 – PA25)

(£39,072 to £42,903)

Our mission is to enhance the wellbeing of our tenants and the wider communities of Ayrshire through high quality housing and related services.

Ayrshire Housing is committed to providing high quality homes and services to its 1,700 tenants. We have property across Ayrshire but are focused on South Ayrshire where demand is especially high. We are well regarded by the communities we work with and have strong relationships with the local councils.  This is reflected each year in the competition for places on our volunteer Board – both from tenants and the wider public.  We are committed to maintaining our distinctive identity in an increasingly challenging environment.  We offer flexible working arrangements including agile and blended.

We are focused on demonstrating value for money to our tenants through our day-to-day services and improvement programmes. We continue to expand the range of our services as new challenges and opportunities arise, for example with our highly regarded money advice service. We work closely with Ayrshire’s communities and likeminded charities.

We have a significant development programme which focuses on placemaking and adaptable and innovative design. We intend to maintain our position as South Ayrshire Council’s lead housing association partner. We spend more than £3 million each year maintaining and improving our houses.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team.  You will be a key member of the technical services team reporting to the Property and Development Manager, focusing on the delivery of the repairs and maintenance service, administration of our asset management processes, stock condition data gathering, informing capital programmes and the development of our internal quality and performance reporting systems.

We offer full EVH terms and conditions of employment.
