Ayrshire Housing would like to invite all its members to the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 10th September from 6pm to 7.30pm. It will be held in our community space – The Local – at 119 Main Street, Ayr, KA8 8BX.
We will update you on the association’s progress over the past year. The annual accounts will be presented by our auditor. The results of the elections to the Board will also be announced.
Following the formal meeting, we will reveal the results of our ever popular garden and good neighbour competitions and we will also have some refreshments!
All members will have the opportunity to participate at the meeting.

If you can’t come, you can appoint the meeting’s chair or someone else as your representative (proxy). If you would like to do this, just email us including your name and address and the name of who you would like to represent you. You should do this by 12pm on 10th September.
