The annual rent consultation provides our customers with the opportunity to provide feedback on our proposed rent increase. We aim to keep our rents affordable and increases as low as possible, this is balanced with our commitment to investing in our homes, delivering high quality services for our customers and creating vibrant and thriving communities.
