There are several ways that you can provide a compliment or make a complaint.

This tells you about the external agencies you can contact if you are dissatisfied with the way we’ve dealt with your complaint.

If you feel that our services aren’t meeting the standard you expect, or if something in our Performance Report or Assurance Statement doesn’t seem right, you’re welcome to get in touch with the Scottish Housing Regulator directly.
