Factoring Complaints

We aim to provide a high quality service to the owners in all the estates that we factor. Despite this, sometimes things go wrong. If this happens, we want to hear from you so that we can sort it. General feedback also helps us to improve further our service.

If you have a complaint or query, please get in touch. You can find all our details on our contact us page.

You can also view our debt recovery procedure here.

A summary of our complaints policy is available here. Please note that factoring complaints cannot normally be referred to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. Instead, you should refer the complaint to the Housing and Property Chamber if you think that we have not addressed it properly.

Contact details of the Housing and Property Chamber are as follows:-

Housing and Property Chamber
First-Tier Tribunal for Scotland
Glasgow Tribunals Centre
20 York Street
Glasgow
G2 8GT

Telephone: 0141 302 5900
Fax: 0141 302 5901

You are expected to first raise any complaint with us and to allow us a reasonable opportunity to address your complaint before applying to the Tribunal.

In addition to our Complaints Policy, the Deed of Conditions for your estate provides for any dispute about the management and maintenance of the common areas to be dealt with by agreement of the majority of the owners within the estate.
