Pay My Rent

It's easy to pay your rent online with My Home. There are also lots of other ways to pay.

If you have any problems paying your rent, please contact your Housing Officer straight away.

What ever amount you pay, please make sure that your rent is up to date on the 28th of each month.  Rent is payable one month in advance from the start of your tenancy.

My Home

My Home is the online home for all our services. Just register or sign in to pay your rent using your credit or debit card. It’s quick and easy, and you can also see your rent statement.

Other methods of paying

We accept payments using either a debit or credit card when on the telephone to us, or when you visit our office.

  • Use it as a swipe card at Post Offices, Payzones and Paypoint outlets.

  • Alternatively, there’s Allpay’s 24hr automated payment line. Just phone 0844 557 8321.

You will need your Allpay card number (19 Digits) and your credit or debit card details for the online and phone services.
